Benjamin L. Brigeman is head of Investor Services， which serves individual investors， savers and borrowers. Brigeman assumed his current role in May 2007 after nearly two years in which he held positions with increasing levels of responsibility for strategy， planning and administration of the Investor Services business.
Prior to Investor Services， Brigeman held various positions in Schwab’s retirement plan business， which he joined as a vice president in 1996， bringing to Schwab more than 11 years of operations， technology and relationship management experience in servicing the retirement plan market.
Before joining Schwab， Brigeman held various positions in the trust and investment management area of Key Bank in Cleveland， Ohio.
Brigeman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from the University of Akron， Ohio.
