Paul A. Galiano

Paul A. Galiano is jointly responsible for supervising and coordinating Tishman Speyer's acquisition program throughout the United States， its global dispositions program， and its equity capital and joint venture programs. He is a member of the company’s Executive， Management， and Investment committees. He was formerly the company's Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for Tishman Speyer's worldwide financial activities. Prior to being the Chief Financial Officer， he was the company's Treasurer and previously was responsible for Tishman Speyer's tax strategies. Prior to joining the company in 1993， Mr. Galiano was with Arthur Andersen & Co. for seven years， where he specialized in real estate taxation. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the Board of Directors of Marymount Manhattan College. He is also the chairman for the Better Business Bureau. Mr. Galiano graduated magna cum laude from Pace University and earned a BBA in accounting.
