Jian Guan

Jian Guan received a Ph.D. in Clinical and Surgical Specialty from Tianjin Medical School and was a visiting scholar at University of Chicago’s Biological Science Research Center.

From 1991 to 1995， Dr. Guan was the Vice President of the Tianjin Office for Hong Kong’s Kongta Group. From 1995 to 1998， Dr. Guan was the Chief Representative of Northern China for Austrian Max Construction Material Company. Prior to joining TCCMI， Dr. Guan was the Deputy Director of the Center of Economic and Trade Cooperation - Taiwan Affairs Office for the Tianjin City Municipal Government， responsible for foreign investment services in Tianjin. Dr. Guan is now the Chief Coordinator of Tano China Capital Management Inc.’s Rep Office in Tianjin.
