Patrick Wan

Patrick joined SAIF Partners in September 2013 as Chief Financial Officer of the private equity funds. Before joining SAIF， Mr. Wan was a senior manager with Deloitte with over 10 years of experience in auditing， particularly in the financial services industry. Mr. Wan has extensive experience in audit of private equity funds， hedge funds， mutual funds， ETFs and commodity funds， as well as filing of registration statements / prospectuses in both U.S. and Canada.

Mr. Wan obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with high distinction from University of Toronto in 2001. He has obtained professional qualification from Chartered Accountant， Canada and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants （Illinois）. He has also completed the CFA Level 2 exam.
