Cheryl Engle

Cheryl Engle is executive vice president of Equity International， and is primarily responsible for tax structuring for Equity International and its portfolio companies. She has been associated with the Company since its inception in 1999.

Prior to joining Equity International， Ms. Engle was director of investment accounting and administration at Equity Group Investments， LLC （EGI）， the privately held investment company founded and led by Sam Zell， where she supervised the accounting， financial reporting and investor relations for more than 500 EGI-affiliated partnerships， trusts and corporations. While at EGI， she was also responsible for financial reporting and investor relations for the Zell/Chilmark Fund， a billion-dollar private equity fund co-sponsored by Mr. Zell.
