Alastair Reynolds

Alastair Reynolds joined Martin Currie’s global emerging markets team in October 2010. He joined SWIP in 2000 and was the research manager on the global-emerging-markets desk. As research manager at SWIP he prioritised and coordinated the team’s stock research activities， a role he will now fulfil at Martin Currie. He was lead manager of the global-emerging-markets smaller‐companies mandates and specialist Central and Eastern European mandates， and had sector‐analyst responsibility for stocks across the consumer （ex Latin America） and healthcare sectors. Before joining SWIP， Alastair was an investment manager with Edinburgh Fund Managers. He began his career with Scottish Amicable Investment Management， where he spent seven years as an analyst and fund manager.
