Jacquelyn R. Suen

Jacquelyn R. Suen， a Managing Director of Farallon， joined us in 1995.

Prior to joining， Ms. Suen was a manager in the Business Assurance practice at Coopers & Lybrand， L.L.P.， where her client base consisted primarily of hedge funds and investment advisors. Prior to joining Coopers & Lybrand， L.L.P.， Ms. Suen was employed at Spicer & Oppenheim， a public accounting firm.

Ms. Suen graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.A. in Economics， and has been a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of California since 1996.
