Andrew J.M. Spokes

Mr. Spokes is a Senior Managing Member of Farallon Capital Management， L.L.C. Mr. Spokes and Mr. Steyer oversee Farallon抯 investment activities.

Mr. Spokes joined us in 1997. Prior to joining， Mr. Spokes worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs for ten years， most of which time he spent in Europe and Asia. At the time of his departure from Goldman Sachs， Mr. Spokes was an Executive Director and Head of Corporate Finance for Goldman Sachs （Asia）.

Mr. Spokes graduated with a B.A./M.A. in Chemistry from Oxford University.
