Han Chen

Han Chen is a Managing Director focused on real estate opportunities in China. He is based in Shanghai， China.

Prior to joining Carlyle， Mr. Chen was the General Manager of Global Servicing Solutions， a subsidiary of Merrill Lynch focused on non-performing loan and real estate investments in China. Prior to that， Mr. Chen worked as an M&A Associate at Deutsche Bank.

Mr. Chen received his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago， his Master of Pacific International Affairs from the University of California， San Diego， and his bachelor of arts degree from Beijing Institute of International Relations.
