Mr. ZHANG Chenshuang，Executive Director and Vice President of the Company. Joined the Board of Directors of the Company in July 2004. Mr. Zhang assists the Chief Executive Officer in relation to the corporate affairs and development strategy of the Company. He has also held the post of Vice President of China Mobile Communications Corporation （the ultimate controlling shareholder of the Company） since April 2001. Mr. Zhang is also a director of China Mobile Communication Co.， Ltd .He previously served as the Deputy Director General of the Office of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications， the Director General of the Neimenggu Posts and Telecommunications Administration， and the Assistant to the President of China Mobile Communications Corporation. Mr. Zhang graduated from the Party School of the CPC and has over 25 years of management experience in the telecommunications industry.
