Eric D. Kogan

Eric D. Kogan joined Clarion as a Partner in 2002. From 1991 to 2002， Eric served in various senior management capacities at Triarc Companies， Inc.， most recently as Executive Vice President in charge of its Corporate Development and Mergers and Acquisitions activities as well as Chairman of its Management Investment Committee. From 1989 to 1991， he was an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions department at Farley Inc.， a Chicago-based industrial conglomerate. From 1985 to 1987， he was an Analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions department at Oppenheimer Inc. and focused on middle-market leveraged buyouts and exclusive sales. Eric received an MBA from the University of Chicago in 1989， and both a BA and a BSE from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1985.
