Douglas Kelly

Douglas Kelly is a Principal in Pomona Capital. He joined Pomona in 2007 and focuses on sourcing and investment analysis for Pomona's secondary and co-investment businesses. He has twelve years of private equity experience. Prior to joining Pomona， Doug was a Director at Barclays Capital in the U.S. Strategic Finance division， where he was responsible for the origination and execution of structured finance transactions. Previously， he was a Senior Vice President at GE Capital， working primarily at GE Equity as well as the Corporate Lending Group. He also served as a Financial Analyst at Bariston Associates and Merrill Lynch. Doug received an MBA from Columbia University， and a BA from Duke University.
