Brian O’Rourke is Senior Accountant of FLAG Capital Management， LLC. Brian joined FLAG in February 2009 and is responsible for financial statement and tax return preparation for various FLAG funds. Prior to joining FLAG， Brian served as a Senior Accountant for a Stamford-based investment management company specializing in private equity investments in real assets， where he was responsible for financial reporting on a number of private equity partnerships.
