Peter Denious

Peter Denious is Partner of FLAG Capital Management， LLC. Peter joined FLAG in September 2001. Prior to that Peter worked at J.H. Whitney where he structured， negotiated and executed private equity and venture capital investments in a variety of emerging-growth and middle-market companies. Previously Peter worked for BancBoston Capital， the captive private equity and venture capital group of BankBoston. Prior to attending business school， Peter worked for Prudential Securities in the investment banking group and as a credit analyst for Chemical Bank. Peter has over ten years of experience in the private equity business. He focues on CT Investment. Amos Tuck received his undergraduate degree from Trinity College and he holds an MBA from School at Dartmouth College.
