Peter Mok is the Co-Founder and Managing General Partner of KLM Capital Management Co.， Ltd.. He is an accomplished venture capitalist， corporate banker and investment banker in the Silicon Valley and Asia. Peter founded Silicon Valley Bank's and provided certain strategic advice to that company. He is currently the Chairman of Auvitek， as well as a board member of Diyixian， GCS， Globitech， House18， Metrocom， Opcom， Syntricity and YesVideo. He also serves on the board of ESS Technology， Inc. （NASDAQ: ESST）.
He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University， San Jose， and is a 1987 graduate of the University of Washington's Pacific Coast Banking School.
