Ms. Becker reports directly to the fund boards and is responsible for developing and administering the funds' policies and procedures which are designed to prevent violation of federal securities laws. She has been an active member of the ICI Operations and Transfer Agent Committees and is now a member of the ICI's Compliance Committee， the National Society of Compliance Professionals， in addition to serving on the FINRA Series 6 and 26 exam review committee.
She earned a B.A. in Government and Economics from St. Lawrence University in Canton New York and has her Series 7 and 24 securities licenses.
