Currently he serves as executive officer of Honma Golf， director of Muginoho Holdings and corporate auditor of Aunt Stella’s. He oversees due diligence for new and follow-on investment projects and post-acquisition management administration including HR， IT and budget reporting system.
Prior to antfactory（now Ant Capital Partners）， he worked at Transcosmos Inc. from 2000 to 2003， where he was in charge of management administration for strategic affiliates， development of business plans， execution of corporate restructuring， due diligence and IPO preparation. He has served as corporate auditor at eight corporations， including two publicly listed companies.
He started career in 1992 at Ohta Showa Audit Corporation （now Shin Nihon Audit Corporation， the Japanese affiliate of Ernst & Young）. He graduated from Keio University， Faculty of Business and Commerce. He is a registered certified public accountant.
