Paul Shang

Paul Shang has a B.A. in History from Cornell University and MBA from Columbia University. A co-founder and Partner of PRC Venture Partners， Paul has spent the last 22 years at Lehman Brothers. From 1991 to 1998， he was the Head of Investment Banking for Lehman Brothers Asia Pacific region while managing investment banking offices in Hong Kong， Beijing， Taipei， Bangkok， Singapore， Jakarta， Seoul， Tokyo， New Delhi and Mumbai. Paul has extensive experience with clients in the People’s Republic of China， including the Ministry of Finance， Huaneng Power International and the People’s Construction Bank of China.
