Mr. Wu has 15 years experience in the China real estate market and has executed direct development projects of approximately 2MM square meters and USD300MM.
Mr. Wu worked five years as Executive Engineer at Suzhou Zhongyuan Real Estate Group， where， among other projects， he worked with Mr. He on the Suzhou Yuexi sub-center project.
He also spent seven years as Project Manager for YiXing Real Estate company and three Years as Group Project Manager for WuXi Er Jian Real Estate Group.
He holds a BA from Southeast University / Department of Civil Engineering / Industrial and Civil Engineering and an MBA from Suzhou University.
