Yunfeng Qi has over 22 years of background in chemical engineering， operational management and extensive experience in fertilizer sales and market development. He led a team and set up Hanfeng’s Heilongjiang production facility in North East China. Promoted as COO of Hanfeng Evergreen Inc.
in late 2007， he is directly responsible for detailed implementation of company’s strategic plan in China. He is also one of the senior representatives of the National People’s Congress for Shangzhi City， Heilongjiang province.
