Leong Siew Loon

Leong Siew Loon graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in 1981. Mr Leong has previously held various senior positions in both local and foreign financial institutions. Between 1988 and 1992， Mr Leong was director of Corporate Finance of BNP International Financial Services. Mr Leong was an executive director of Provident Securities Pte Ltd overseeing stockbroking and direct investment management activities of the OCBC Bank Group. From 1997 to 2001， he was executive vice president of Transpac Capital Pte Ltd， a venture capital management company. Leong Siew Loon was appointed Independent Director of New Lakeside Holdings Limited on 2004-02-17. Mr Leong is presently the managing partner of Canis-Major & Partners Pte Ltd which provides corporate advisory and investment management consultancy services. He is also the an Independent Director of Southern Packaging Group Limited.
